Also buried here, although not mentioned on the headstone, are Daryll’s grandparents, Robert and Annie Walton, 6 April 1935 and 5 May 1938 respectively, both aged 55; Emily Dougall (Annie’s sister), 6 July 1915, aged 32; and Theodore P.J. Dougall, 6 December 1922, aged 73. The inscription reads ‘In loving memory of Ann, the beloved wife of John Dougall, who died May 5th 1901, aged 61 years’. The sort of inset carving at the top of the headstone is of flowers, and inscribed ‘Thy will be done’
